Als Assistent-Makelaar ondersteun je de makelaar met het zelfstandig verzorgen en uitvoeren van bezichtigingen en onderhandelingen voor verkoop en verhuur. Ook help je bij waardebepalingen van objecten, promotieactiviteiten, relatiebeheer en andere kantoor gerelateerde werkzaamheden. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt een eigen takenpakket, maar legt wel verantwoording af aan de makelaar.
